How to Wear the Patella Knee Strap?
1. Unfasten one strap and place the strap about 1 inch (2.5 cm) below the knee cap.
2. Hook and loop the strap and then tighten and adjust both straps until you feel snug and comfortable.
*The band should be snug, but not too tight. You should be able to easily slide one finger between the strap and your leg. In addition, you can adjust the support according to your preferences.
