Returns & Refunds
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

The item was purchased directly from Connor Waldo.

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Gift cards

Downloadable products
-
Personalized or custom-made items
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if needed.

Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your RMA.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
3. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Refund Timeline

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process after we receive the returned item.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
