Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location:

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other unforeseen factors.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (you can set this in Shopify).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear online.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship to United States addresses only (or include international countries if applicable).

  • Certain remote areas may require additional shipping time or fees.

  • P.O. boxes are accepted for standard shipping but may not be available for expedited shipping.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Connor Waldo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives incorrectly, contact us immediately at connor@connorwaldo.com so we can assist you.

  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


7. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipping.
