All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location:

Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (you can set this in Shopify).
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear online.
5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to United States addresses only (or include international countries if applicable).

Certain remote areas may require additional shipping time or fees.

P.O. boxes are accepted for standard shipping but may not be available for expedited shipping.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Connor Waldo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives incorrectly, contact us immediately at connor@connorwaldo.com so we can assist you.

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
